I think there might be another window option in the display mode. See if there is a window mode (fixed) just like in WoW. Perhaps then you'll have black boarders around your screen and you can pick a lower resolution for streaming quality. If that's not there for you, then I guess there isn't an option for it now.

The gamesounds stutters most of the time. It's kinda annoying. Can you turn off the ingame background music to make the stutter less annoying?

The livestream chat isn't locked, but it isn't open to everyone either due to the high volume of traffic. In order to chat you will need to log into livestream with a livestream account and go to livestream.com/starcraftmethod and chat on the right.

I wasnt able to talk in the stream that is on the method page. I had to click the livestream option in the upper right which seems to load the stream on the livestream site or something. Anyway after that is worked fine for me.
